AINFL / Legal
Terms of Service
Draft · Last updated October 13, 2026 · Operated by junoh
This is the policy draft for the AINFL preview. Public contact details will be finalized before launch.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AINFL (“AINFL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by junoh. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the service. If you use AINFL on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use.
2. The service and pricing
AINFL is a catalog for discovering AI-generated virtual personalities and exploring creative directions. The current preview contains fictional concept profiles. It does not provide booking, messaging, talent representation, payment processing, or campaign execution.
Browsing the catalog and viewing profiles is free. No account, subscription, or payment card is required. Any future paid offering will be described separately and will require your agreement before a charge is made. Fees agreed with an independent creator are separate from catalog access.
3. AI content and listings
Images and personas identified as AI-generated are synthetic. The concept profiles are illustrative, are not representations of real individuals, and do not establish the existence of an audience, a verified identity, or availability for commercial work.
Descriptions and campaign ideas are provided for general information and inspiration. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, suitability, or commercial results. You are responsible for independently assessing content, obtaining appropriate permissions, and meeting applicable advertising and synthetic-media disclosure requirements.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse the website and use its features for lawful discovery and research. You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or rights-infringing activities.
- Impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent a synthetic character as a real person, or falsely suggest endorsement.
- Attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, or bypass technical restrictions.
- Harvest personal information, send unsolicited communications, or use automated access that places an unreasonable load on the service.
- Reproduce, sell, license, or redistribute protected content without the required permission.
Ordinary search-engine indexing consistent with our published crawler directives is permitted.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, branding, text, software, and other protectable content belong to AINFL or their respective rights holders, to the extent recognized by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to access and view the service for its intended purpose. This permission does not grant commercial rights to any image, character, name, likeness, trademark, or other content. The legal protection and permissible use of AI-generated content may vary. Obtain the necessary rights and permissions before any reuse.
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact the operator with the content location, an explanation of your claim, and information that allows us to respond. We may restrict or remove disputed material while reviewing the concern.
6. Third-party relationships
Any external websites or creator services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. A listing or link does not constitute endorsement, verification, partnership, or representation by AINFL.
Any agreement you make with a creator or other third party is solely between you and that party. You are responsible for confirming identity, deliverables, compensation, usage rights, disclosures, and other relevant terms. AINFL is not a party to those agreements.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation or any particular marketing outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AINFL and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to AINFL in the preceding twelve months or USD 100. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Access and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or remove content. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where relevant.
10. General provisions
These Terms and the Privacy Policy describe the terms and privacy practices applicable to the service. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Please contact us first to try to resolve any dispute informally. Applicable law determines governing law, jurisdiction, and any mandatory consumer rights; this draft does not impose an exclusive forum or mandatory arbitration.
11. Contact
The service operator is junoh. A public contact email has not yet been configured for this local preview. A contact address for questions, rights requests, and content concerns will be published here before the service launches.
