AINFL / Legal
Privacy Policy
Draft · Last updated October 13, 2026 · Operated by junoh
This is the policy draft for the AINFL preview. Public contact details will be finalized before launch.
1. Who we are
AINFL is a free AI influencer catalog operated by junoh (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the website. Where data protection law applies, junoh is the controller of information processed for the purposes described here.
The current version is a static preview. It has no user accounts, submission forms, booking system, advertising tools, or analytics integration. This policy distinguishes the preview’s behavior from information that may be processed when the site is publicly hosted or when you contact us.
2. Information we process
Catalog browsing. Search terms and category selections are processed in your browser to filter profiles. The website does not send those terms to an application server or retain them in cookies or local storage. Concept profiles and portraits are fictional AI-generated examples, not submitted user profiles.
Voluntary communications. If you contact a published business email address, we may receive your email address, name, message content, and any information you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Technical requests. A web server necessarily receives connection information when serving a website, such as an IP address and browser request details. If AINFL is publicly hosted, the hosting provider may process technical or security logs, including requested URLs, timestamps, user-agent information, and error data. The hosting provider and its actual logging practices will be confirmed before public launch.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information only as necessary to operate and secure the website, respond to communications, investigate content or rights concerns, and comply with legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure service and responding to requests, steps requested by you before entering an agreement where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations. If a future feature requires consent, we will request that consent before the relevant processing and explain how to withdraw it. We do not use personal information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including resolving a request and meeting applicable legal obligations. The relevant factors include whether an inquiry remains open, whether a record is needed for a legal claim, and any legally required retention period. Hosting-log retention will depend on the provider selected for public launch and will be documented before launch.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information processed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Once information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it, subject to lawful retention requirements.
7. Your choices and rights
You can browse the current catalog without creating an account or providing information through a form. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where applicable, and complain to a competent data protection authority.
Use the contact address below once published to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Rights may be subject to lawful exceptions. We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.
8. Children
AINFL is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact the operator so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. New collection, tracking, or submission features will be reflected in this policy before they begin processing information.
10. Contact
The service operator is junoh. A public contact email has not yet been configured for this local preview. A contact address for questions, rights requests, and content concerns will be published here before the service launches.
